May 14 Drama Near The High Seas!

There's nothing like it ......the dramatic entrance.....the moment when all eyes are on you...... and the dress everyone's talking about, if only................!!!!!

Now, there ought to be a garment like this in every fashionist'a wardrobe ,one that inspires mystery ,that defines that certain something......that indefinable quality alluring and exciting (I'm still talking about that special dress!!! Ha Ha!) An unforgetable dress that prompted a remarkable moment.

The old movie stars lived Drama..knowing how to make an entrance was second nature to them...Bette davis, Lana Turner, Rita Hayworth, Elizabeth Taylor all knew how to rock a dress and make it talk.

I think today there's confusion as to how to make a fashion statement or an entrance. I don't think it works if its not elegant and tasteful rather than revealing and vulgar which we see all to often on celebrities today.

I don't mean to come across as prudish as I'm all for a suggestive sexy dress as long as it is just suggestive and leaving something to the imagination.....and don't underestimate the power of the imagination its a lot more exciting to wonder and ponder about the person under that fabulous gown than it is to see "ALL" that person (yes,even the bits not supposed to be seen!) in the "Flash" of an eye!!!

So, maybe we should take a leaf out of those old school Movie Stars books and start working our clothes and making them mould to our bodies and our needs and maybe making an "Entrance" of our own! Ha Ha!
